Our Services

ACA providers are highly experienced and our services our trauma informed, client centered, systems oriented, and evidence based.  We have long standing relationships with community resources including other community mental health providers, school districts, primary care and psychiatry, public health, early childhood supports and special education, Department of Corrections and 9th Judicial District, vocational and social disability determination services. Services include Diagnostic Assessment and treatment planning, individual, couples, and family psychotherapy, and psychological evaluation.  Evidence-based practices include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Reality Therapy, Brief and Solution Focused therapies, Client Centered and Feedback Informed Therapy, and Family Systems therapies. Our mission is to assist clients in clarifying their 'good life plan' and facilitate client directed growth and happiness. We engage in collaborative and care coordinated care with treatment team members as requested by clients. We believe that change is inevitable and that clients can direct their own journeys. We provide assessment, psychological evaluation and treatment for clients in the areas of general mental health including mood disorders, trauma, childhood neurodevelopmental conditions and behavioral disorders, and personality disorders.
